Dan was very responsive and did a great job! He did his best to fit me in very quickly! I was worried I had some stains that needed immediate attention! He got them completely out! Very nice guy and will definitely be recommending to others! Very reasonable!

Dan was kind enough to fit me in his schedule with very short notice. He did a great job, was prompt, and communicated very well. He even did an extra room that I forgot was carpet, as we are moving in to the home serviced and I was not present at the time of service. I will definitely use 1st Step again!
